To place an order, a 50% deposit is required. This secures your position in the build schedule and locks in the price at the time of order.
Once construction of your instrument is completed, the remaining balance is due prior to shipping.
For orders involving particularly rare or unusual materials, different deposit terms may apply.

SHIPPING
Carthago guitars are available for worldwide shipping.
Shipping costs, insurance and any applicable taxes or import duties are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
All instruments are carefully packed and shipped in their case.
WARRANTY
Carthago Guitars are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship.
This warranty applies to the original owner and remains valid for as long as Luis Guerrero continues to operate as a guitar maker.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, exposure to extreme temperatures or humidity, or normal wear over time.
